Welcome to the Humana Healthy Horizons Training Summit • August 24–26, 2021

The first annual live virtual training summit will provide education and training to a variety of health providers and public health professionals serving our Native communities. Over the course of three days, attendees will have access to subject matter experts across a variety topics to equip and sustain professional development and growth.

Hello and welcome to the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board Training Summit proudly hosted and facilitated by your partners in tribal public health. We would like to extend a special thank you to our friends at Humana for investing in our Native communities and the professionals that serve them.

This is an exciting time for the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board as this summit is the first big step towards the development of our training institute. This training institute will be the platform for continuous education and professional development informed by you, our partners.
